Supportive Services to Eliminate Barriers to Successful HIV Treatment

ARCW provides comprehensive social services to more than 1,600 people with HIV disease to resolve difficult issues they confront and eliminate barriers to successful HIV care and treatment. ARCW social services are integrated with the ARCW Medical Center to help patients succeed with their treatment plans.

Social Work Case Management

ARCW has bachelor's and master's prepared social work case managers at our offices throughout Wisconsin. Social workers meet with HIV clients to conduct a formal assessment of their needs and develop individual care plans to address the issues they confront. These meetings are convenient and may take place in ARCW offices, health care settings, in the home or other accessible locations. Social work case managers help people with HIV disease access the medical care they need and the comprehensive health and social services provided by ARCW.
