The ARCW Legal Services program works vigorously to represent and counsel more than 800 people with HIV disease on a wide variety of legal issues. ARCW attorneys work to resolve legal problems and fight for the rights of people with HIV in courtrooms throughout Wisconsin.
Led by Director of Legal Services Rebekah Kopec-Farrell, ARCW attorneys specialize in addressing the complex legal issues associated with HIV including discrimination, confidentiality, disability benefits, power of attorney for health care, bankruptcy, wills and guardianships.
