Case Manager Supervisor Milwaukee/Kenosha
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision to case managers as well as assistance and support to interns and volunteers to ensure effective delivery of social services to clients. Responsibilities include: supervising, hiring, training and evaluating case managers; anticipating client needs; providing input and identifying new program initiatives; program planning; implementing policies and procedures; and maintaining community relations and collaborations. In addition the Case Management Supervisor is responsible for providing direct case management services to a limited client caseload, maintaining client files and documenting services using Provide Enterprise software. The position will collaborate with other Case Manager Supervisors and health and social services staff to provide comprehensive case management services throughout ARCW.
Qualified candidates will possess a BA/BS or graduate degree in social work, health care, human services or related field; a minimum of two years experience offering direct client contact in a community-based social service or health service agency; a knowledge of medical, social and mental health delivery systems and proven written and verbal communication, coaching and counseling skills; and demonstrated ability to supervise staff and monitor programs. Willingness to travel within a designated territory and to work evenings and weekends as needed is necessary. Knowledge of HIV/AIDS or experience working with people with a life-threatening illness is preferred. Driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Facilities Coordinator Milwaukee
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Inc. (ARCW) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our downtown Milwaukee location. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for facility maintenance, repairs and code compliance for ARCW offices and residential housing facilities as well as ensuring that all facilities operate in high-quality condition and are in full compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
The Facilities Coordinator will establish relationships with vendors to manage HVAC, waste removal, snow removal, etc. Additionally, the Coordinator will possess the skills necessary to complete minor repairs to physical plant such as plumbing, carpentry, drywall, tile and painting as needed.
Competitive candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, will be detailed oriented and will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have previous experience working with power tools, power equipment and HVAC systems and controls. Facilities management and/or repair experience is a plus. Computer experience and the ability to use e-mail is preferred. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Night House Coordinator (Part-Time) Wisconsin House, Milwaukee
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Inc. (ARCW) is seeking a Night House Coordinator within its transitional living facility. The Night House Coordinator will be available to provide assistance to residents and monitor night time residential activities. This is a part-time position at 20 to 25 hours per week. Interested candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends between the hours of 7 p.m. and 2 a.m.
Responsibilities of this position include monitoring residents’ whereabouts, facilitating visitation and leave pass processes and maintaining building security. The Night House Coordinator will provide daily shift updates to the House Manager by maintaining accurate documentation regarding all night-time activities. Activities to be documented include observations regarding residents’ behavior and progress, admission and discharge activity, meal consumption tracking and checking to see that chores have been completed.
Competitive candidates will have 2 to 3 years of experience in residential or group home settings, or have experience working with a client patient population with significant AODA issues. High school diploma is required; an associates degree is preferred. Excellent organization, time management, written and oral communication skills are needed. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and insurable driving record are required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Lead Dental Assistant Milwaukee
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Inc. (ARCW) is pleased to announce a new, full-time position available in our Milwaukee office: Lead Dental Assistant. The Lead Dental Assistant will increase the capacity and efficiency of ARCW Dental Clinic operations by streamlining and coordinating dental assistant duties. In addition to typical dental assistant duties such as assisting chairside during dental procedures, preparing operatories and disinfecting areas at completion of procedures, the Lead Dental Assistant will coordinate the workflow and schedules of other dental assistants and facilitate dental specialty referrals, including referrals for privately insured, state insured and uninsured patients. The Lead Dental Assistant will be responsible for department inventory control, supply ordering and making payment requests. Additionally, the Lead Dental Assistant will coordinate dental assistants' schedules to ensure the department has adequate coverage at all times.
Competitive candidates will have at least four years work experience a in fast-paced dental clinic, knowledge and ease using Eaglesoft dental software or a similar program, chairside dental assisting experience, patient care coordination skills and digital radiology experience. The successful candidate will also have excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, knowledge of and sensitivity to HIV disease and AIDS and an understanding of general insurances practices and reimbursement procedures. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license, insurable driving record and reliable vehicle are also required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Psychiatrist, Behavioral Health & Wellness Clinic Milwaukee
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Inc. (ARCW) is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide patient-centered, best-practice and evidence-based psychiatry care in coordination with members of the behavioral health and medical center staff. Approximately 44 hours per month will be spent in Milwaukee with web-based care provided to the Green Bay and/or Kenosha sites.
The Psychiatrist will provide services to patients through referrals from medical and behavioral health and wellness staff, giving priority to urgent, complex and uninsured patients. The Psychiatrist will conduct assessments and evaluation (intakes), provide a DSM-IV-TR appropriate diagnosis, prescribe medication, assess and evaluate medication management and provide follow-up care to patients.
Competitive candidates will have: a MD or DO certified in Psychiatry, State of Wisconsin licensure and DEA licensure (to handle and prescribe controlled substances); thorough knowledge of behavioral health practice standards, specifically psychiatry; experience in providing psychiatric services; adherence to the code of ethics for the profession of Psychiatry; knowledge and sensitivity to HIV/AIDS issues and a solid understanding of computers and database systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also required. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurable driving record are essential. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
