Rural Women's Nurse Case Manager (Part-Time)
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Inc. (ARCW) is seeking a part-time (30 hours/week) Rural Women’s Nurse Case Manager to join our Social Services Department.
The Nurse Case Manager will provide intensive nurse case management experience to women living with HIV primarily in the Northeastern health region, with some support to women in the Northern and Western regions. As a result of the service territory for this position, the selected candidate will be able to work out of our Green Bay, Eau Claire or Wausau office.
The Nurse will promote adherence to medical care and will collaborate with other supportive programs within ARCW and with local service providers for the benefit of clients.
Qualifications include: BSN or MSN or RN with a BA/BS in a related field. The successful candidate will have at least one-year experience in a medical/surgical setting or work experience in a primary care, hospital or specialty office, with thorough knowledge of nursing practices and standards. Knowledge of or direct experience with HIV-disease is desirable. Experience with computers and database systems are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also needed. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. The successful candidate must have the ability to work flexible hours and be willing to travel within the designated territory. Wisconsin Driver’s License and reliable transportation are essential.

Psychiatrist Milwaukee Behaviorial Health & Wellness Clinic
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Inc. (ARCW) is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide patient-centered, best-practice and evidence-based psychiatry care in coordination with members of the behavioral health and medical center staff in our Milwaukee office. Approximately 44 hours per month will be spent in Milwaukee with web-based care provided to the Green Bay and/or Kenosha sites.
The Psychiatrist will provide services to clients through referrals from medical, behavioral health and wellness staff giving priority to urgent, complex, and uninsured patients. The Psychiatrist will conduct assessments and evaluation (intakes), provides DSM-IV-TR appropriate diagnosises, prescribe medication, assess and evaluate medication management and provide follow-up care to patients.
Competitive candidates will have a MD or DO certified in Psychiatry, State of Wisconsin licensure and DEA licensure (to handle and prescribe controlled substances). Thorough knowledge of behavioral health practice standards, specifically psychiatry. Experience in providing psychiatric services. Adhere to code of ethics for the profession of Psychiatry. Knowledge and sensitivity to HIV/AIDS and a solid understanding of computers and database systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurable driving record are essential. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Registered Nurse Kenosha
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Inc., (ARCW) along with the Racine Community Health Center (RCHC) are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide early intervention/primary care to patients in our Kenosha office and also at RCHC, located in northern Racine.
The position will be 20 hours per week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) at ARCW and 20 hours per week (Wednesdays and Fridays) at RCHC. Thorough knowledge of nursing practice standards with two years of primary care nursing experience in one of the following settings is needed: Outpatient, Clinic, Med-Surg, or Infectious Disease. Knowledge and sensitivity to HIV/AIDS, or previous experience providing primary care to an HIV-positive patient population is a plus. An AIDS-Certified Registered nurse is highly desirable. At RCHC, you will be working with physicians and mid-level providers by performing general nursing care to patients of all ages.
Effective organizational, program coordination and communication skills as well as computer literacy and ability to work with diverse populations are a must. In addition, a Wisconsin driver’s license with insurable driving record is needed. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
