Providing Safe and Affordable Housing for People with HIV Disease

The comprehensive housing program at ARCW provides residential housing, intensive housing counseling and financial assistance to more than 800 people with HIV and their families throughout Wisconsin to help them secure safe and affordable homes.

Twice named Special Projects of National Significance by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, ARCW housing programs help people overcome the root causes of homelessness through the following services:

  • Rent, security deposit and utility assistance to overcome financial hardships
  • Housing case management to secure and sustain housing options
  • Housing counseling to address chronic housing problems
  • Residential housing for individuals
  • Residential housing for families

Our experienced team of 11 housing specialists help people with HIV, securing sustainable housing so they can focus on treatment adherence and improving their health.
